Where operators and the trade press disagree
Every item is given a stance on each theme it covers — bullish, sceptical or neutral. We then compare the operator and podcast camp against trade journalism on the same theme. A wide gap is flagged as a contradiction: the people running retail are reading the theme differently from the people writing about it.
